“Street Woman Fighter” is returning with Season 2 soon!
On June 5, Mnet officially announced that the Season 2 of its popular dance survival show “Street Woman Fighter” will premiere on August 22.
Additionally, “Street Woman Fighter 2” also announced a change in the voting system. While viewers were only able to participate online by contributing to the number of views and likes of the participating crews’ evaluation videos on “Street Woman Fighter” and “Street Man Fighter,” the new season will invite audiences to personally come and watch the eight dance crews’ first mission, where they’ll be able to cast their votes on-site. Accordingly, Mnet is currently taking applications for the on-site audience through its official social media accounts. The application period is from June 5 to June 8.
“Street Woman Fighter,” which premiered in August 2021, is an all-female dance survival program in which eight female dance crews that represent South Korea compete to be the No. 1 team. Mnet continued with the series through their spin-off programs “Street Dance Girls Fighter,” “Be Mbitious,” and “Street Man Fighter.” For the first season of “Street Woman Fighter,” Kang Daniel served as the MC while BoA and NCT‘s Taeyong joined as the judges. Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and 2PM’s Wooyoung later joined as new judges for the male version of the show, “Street Man Fighter.”
